One of our customers recently called and started explaining who they were before asking us to extend their dog’s boarding stay.
The truth is, they didn’t need to.
After spending 10 or 11 hours a day with many of our daycare dogs—and sometimes many days at a time with our boarding guests—we get to know them exceptionally well. We know their personalities, their routines, their favorite friends, and all the little things that make them who they are.
And over time, something else happens.
Although we may only see their families for a few minutes at drop-off and pick-up, we get to know them too. We celebrate new puppies, welcome new family members, hear about vacations, new jobs, and life’s milestones. The relationships grow year after year.
Before long, they’re no longer just clients.
They’re part of our family too.
